Tanja Wegmann is one of the most prominent figures in the Swiss luxury hotel industry. Following leadership roles at internationally renowned hotels and luxury brands, she now oversees the Lalique Hospitality Collection. She has been involved in the development of Villa Florhof from the very beginning, shaping its positioning as a new boutique hotel in Zurich.

Kilian Rainalter combines operational hotel management with project management and guest experience. His career has taken him to Schloss Schauenstein and the Caminada Group, among others, before he helped shape the development of Villa Florhof from the very beginning. Today, he is responsible for the further development of the guest experience, operations, and projects within the Lalique Hospitality Collection.

John-Benjamin Schiffmann has cooked in renowned establishments such as The Dolder Grand, Becker's, and most recently as Head Chef at the Buech in Herrliberg. His cooking is precise, ingredient-focused, and concentrates on the essentials: great flavor. As Head Chef of the Brasserie, he creates a menu that is sophisticated without being complicated.

Christian Hoffmann brings experience from some of Germany's most renowned kitchens, including Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer, Skykitchen, and Golvet. His strength lies in technical precision and creative consistency. As Sous Chef at Villa Florhof, he supports the Brasserie’s culinary identity with composure, experience, and a deep passion for his craft.

Raised in Alsace and shaped by positions at Villa René Lalique, in Hong Kong, at The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant in Scotland, and at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey in Sauternes, Julien Beltzung brings a wealth of international experience to Villa Florhof. With a refined sense for wine, hospitality, and fine dining, he oversees the house's wine and beverage program.

Tamara Baumgartner combines a solid background in hospitality with leadership experience in Zurich’s restaurant scene. She places great importance on warm service, clear processes, and a strong team. As Co-Head of Service, she ensures that guests feel welcome from the very first moment.

Chiara Stutz combines front-office experience with a keen understanding of guest relations and staff development. After working at Alex Lake Zurich and the University Hospital Zurich, she now serves as Deputy Head of Reception and oversees Human Resources at Villa Florhof.

Sandra Rohrer has many years of leadership experience in both independent and chain hotels in the 4–5-star segment, as well as in project management. After positions at Kempinski, Steigenberger, Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Düne, and Marriott, she is now responsible for housekeeping and engineering at Villa Florhof. She is committed to the highest quality standards and to a property where every detail is just right.
