Your room will be available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready.

Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability. Please contact us in advance or speak to our team upon your arrival.

We accept credit and debit cards as well as cash. At the Florhof Bar & Brasserie, you can also pay with TWINT.

Payment is generally due upon departure. The credit card provided at the time of booking serves as a guarantee.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100 percent of the booked room rate will be charged.

Upon arrival, a guarantee equal to the room rate for the entire stay plus CHF 50 per person per night is required.

Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel for guests, subject to prior reservation and availability. The cost is CHF 45 per day. Please contact us before your arrival.

Valet parking is not part of our regular service. Our team will be happy to assist you personally with any questions regarding your arrival and parking options.

Take tram line 3 towards Klusplatz or bus 31 towards Hegibachplatz and get off at the Neumarkt stop. From there, Villa Florhof is just a few minutes' walk away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the main train station.

Zurich Airport is approximately 12 kilometers away. By car, the drive takes about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. You can reach Villa Florhof by train and tram in about 30 minutes.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

All rooms are air-conditioned.

Room amenities include a bathrobe, safe, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and a wireless speaker. Lalique toiletries are provided in the bathroom. A garment steamer is available upon request. Slippers are not provided.

The 71.5-square-meter René Lalique Suite accommodates up to four guests and is particularly well-suited for families.

Yes. Items dropped off by 10:30 a.m. are generally returned by 6:00 p.m. the same day. For items dropped off later, same-day return cannot be guaranteed.

Some of the most beautiful destinations include Zurich's Old Town and Lindenhof, Lake Zurich, Uetliberg, the "City of Roses" Rapperswil, and the Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen. Our team is happy to help you choose and organize tickets, transfers, and custom excursions.

Villa Florhof can be booked in whole or in part for private celebrations, weddings, birthdays, business dinners, and other events. We would be happy to advise you personally and assist you with the planning.

Vouchers can be purchased via our website, by phone, or by email.

Value vouchers are available in amounts between CHF 50 and CHF 10,000.

Value vouchers do not have an expiration date. For experience vouchers and gift vouchers issued by Villa Florhof, the validity period stated on the respective voucher applies.

Please provide the voucher code when booking or present the voucher at reception during your visit.

Many of the Lalique objects displayed in the house can be purchased through our reception. If a creation is not available on-site, we would be happy to order it for you.

Villa Florhof is part of the Lalique Hospitality Collection and the first Lalique boutique hotel in Zurich. Crystal objects, selected furniture, materials, and rooms all bear the signature of Lalique.

We work with carefully selected, primarily local suppliers, some of whom are located just a few hundred meters from the house. In our kitchen, we use predominantly Swiss products and tailor our menu to the season and availability. We source water for our guests and staff from BE WTR in Switzerland.
